COVID NOTE-We have posted courses in a variety of cities on the Red Cross website as it's search function is limiting but will only be running in Hamilton for the majority of 2021. We have done this to let you know we are out here as many people are saying they are having trouble finding a course anywhere.

Regular locations message-Harper Medical is available for training throughout Ontario, we come right to you! We strive to run a course in each city we post on the Red Cross website. Red Cross policy is to allow cancellations with only 2 days notice, and no refunds guaranteed(usually transfers where you pay an extra fee-we hate this idea, not fair or right!) So...when you sign up let us know if it must be a certain city and then if we don't run there we will issue a full refund, otherwise we will commonly amalgamate in Hamilton for our advanced FR and EMR courses and then we are almost guaranteed to run. Amalgamating in Hamilton is a VERY common thing we have to do.

Due to Covid health and safety guidelines we are VERY limited in the number of students we can accommodate. As such there are no refunds or transfers at this time.Please check your schedule carefully before signing up to make sure you can make ALL dates and times. If you are not sure wait until closer to the course date to sign up.There is no refund!

 

Regular policy follows but is suspended for forseeable future- However, we recognize that life sometimes throws us a curveball and we will gladly transfer you to another course within a couple month window depending on schedule and availability, there is a fee of $179 for that. If you just decide to go to another session there is a minimum fee of $179 for that if course is not full and prior to 15 day window. If within 15 business days or course has become full and signups cutoff at any time before start date there is no refund. We can waive fee for valid reasons with documentation for medical or family emergencies.
